Jen Peterson – Licensing and State Regulations

Jen started with Bail USA in 2010 as the after-hours transfer bond specialist responsible for coordinating bail bond postings for bail agents across the country. Since then, Jen has transitioned into the role of licensing and regulations specialist. Jen helps agents with appointments, qualifications, and state specific regulations.

A 2008 Thiel College graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Jen takes great pride in raising her son and daughter, teaching them values to become the optimistic person that she is today. Jen enjoys traveling, golfing, and attending Pittsburgh Pirates games with her kids.


Linda Sponseller – Bail Bond Compliance Leader

Linda joined Bail USA in 2008 and is the leader of the bail bond compliance department. She is responsible for managing the processing, archiving, and replacement of agent bail reports. Linda’s position provides the primary support to bail agents’ questions, concerns, and inquiries in all aspects of their account with the company.

Prior to joining Bail USA, Linda spent 14 years as a licensed bail agent. With her experience in retail bail she provides a unique perspective allowing her to excel in her position.

In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time at her mountain home, horseback riding, and gardening.


Ellen Harrison

Ellen Harrison – Contracting Specialist

Ellen started working at Bail USA in 2011. She began in the Data Entry Department gaining knowledge of bail bond reporting, power replacement and working with agents. In 2015 Ellen transferred to the Licensing & Contracting Department where she is primarily responsible for making sure the agents are in compliance, setting up new agents and processing new contracts.

Before joining Bail USA, Ellen was employed with Tecumseh Products Company Compressor Division in Michigan for fifteen years beginning In the machining department and was promoted to the management team where she gained skills that help her communicate with our agents today.

Ellen and husband, Dave, are most proud of their six children and two grandchildren and raising German Shorthaired Pointer pups. They also enjoy spending time in Michigan with Ellen’s five sisters and two brothers.


Tricia Yarabinec – Bond Reporting Specialist – Lead

Tricia began her career with Bail USA in 2010 where she became an essential part of the bail bond compliance department. She is responsible for the daily processing of agents’ bail reports, replenishing bail agent bonds, and archiving company data. Tricia also assists with BUF withdrawals and monthly processing of BUF statements.

Tricia works hard to fulfill the needs of bail agents and is always happy to discuss problems or answer reporting questions.

Tricia and her husband, Dan, have three adult children, and they welcomed their first grandchild, Harper Sue, in March 2015.


Ruth Fulton – Forfeiture Specialist

Ruth joined Bail USA in 1988 when she became a claims manager and has worked with the forfeiture department since. Ruth concentrates her time on monitoring bond forfeiture regulations and procedures while keeping updated on changing bail forfeiture laws.

With many years of experience, she has established excellent relationships with different courts nationwide throughout her time with Bail USA. Ruth is a licensed bail agent which gives her valuable knowledge of the bail process. She has spent years as an active member of numerous non-profit organizations while also dedicating her time to being active in local and state politics.

Ruth’s hobbies are traveling, bowling, and cooking. She is a life-long resident of Greenville and says her best times are spent with family and friends.


Darla Collenette – Forfeiture Specialist

Darla started working at Bail USA in 2010. She began in bail bond compliance gaining knowledge of bail bond agents and their geographical territories, and an overall understanding of the industry. Darla is primarily responsible for bond forfeiture data entry, analysis, and archiving information as permanent records.

Before joining Bail USA, Darla was employed at UPMC Horizon as a medical assistant for 23 years where she gained valuable knowledge and skills that help her assist our bail agents today.

Darla and husband, Steve, are most proud of spending time with their two adult daughters and two grandsons.


Jill Graham – Transfer Bonds/Account Receivables

Jill’s career with Bail USA started in 1987, processing agent bail reports; she currently serves as transfer bond specialist and is also a member of accounts receivable. She is responsible for processing incoming mail, coordinating bail bond postings for bail agents, processing transfer payments, and monitoring outstanding accounts.

With years of experience and relationships within Bail USA and as a licensed bail agent, Jill’s friendly voice and demeanor is appreciated by the agent community.

Jill was born and raised in Greenville where she and her husband enjoy spending time with their two children and four granddaughters. She is a member of the choir and serves on the committee for pastor/parish relations at her church.


Lisa O'Hara

Lisa O’Hara – Operations Specialist

Lisa started working at Bail USA in the forfeiture department in 2018 as an operations specialist. She continues to develop relationships with agents, their regions and courts while gaining an overall understanding of the industry. Lisa is primarily responsible for bond forfeiture data entry, analysis, and archiving information as permanent records for the department.

Before joining Bail USA, Lisa worked in the insurance field for 10 years with experience in work comp, risk analyst, healthcare and human resources. Prior to that, she was a graphic designer for a large printing company for 8 years.

Outside of work, Lisa & her fiancé Curt enjoy spending time with their 3 children, attending their son’s high school sporting events and travelling on their motorcycle.


Michele Wilson – Bond Reporting Specialist

Michelle joined Bail USA in April of 2017 in the compliance department. She is responsible for entering daily agent reports, as well as replenishing bail agent bonds. Prior to joining Bail USA, Michelle worked within various office settings with customer service-specific job duties.

Michelle enjoys spending her free time with her family, crafting, being outdoors, and raising her son and daughter.


Sue Holiga – Transfer Bond Specialist – Weekends

Sue returned to Bail USA in 2015 after originally being with the company from 1993 to 2010. Her responsibilities include weekend transfer bond coordination along with fielding large bond approval calls. With years of experience, Sue proves to be an asset to the company on weekends providing our agents with efficient hours of service.

Sue and her husband, Ray, have been married over 40 years and have resided in Greenville raising their son and daughter. In her spare time, Sue enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.


Christina Centric – Transfer Bond Specialist – After Hours

Christina joined the Bail USA team in 2014 and is the after-hours transfer bond specialists. Christina works primarily on the weeknights processing transfer bond calls and fielding large bond calls seeking approvals. Christina’s customer service skills and attention to detail provides our bail agents with prompt service throughout all hours of the day.

Christina enjoys reading in her free time while keeping busy with home-made craft projects.
